Additions

Extension of an existing house out the front, out the rear, to the side and/or onto the top. When an existing home is too small, we can help figure out the best way to make it bigger.

Alterations

Reconfiguration of existing spaces to accommodate new uses.  We utilize and take advantage of as much of the existing home as possible while making the modifications necessary to achieve the desired transformation.

Adaptations

Changing a building from one use to another.  For example, conversion of a carriage house to a home office.
